I tried contacting the SELLER & told them the item I ordered was NOT DELIVERED! Instead they had my tracking number for the 10 lb bag of blue fire glass on a lil package that delivered by FedEx. Inside the package was lantern wicks, with the tracking # for the blue fire glass. I tried explaining this to them, after they asked me, what the problem was with the product. Told them earlier today & sent a pic of it, & they never bothered to even attempt to resolve this. Hopefully I can get your help!
